They appear to be running OK again (at least, my tests were all successful). Nothing a half gig of RAM and some re-installed software couldn't fix. :) You'll notice I have limited searching to one year at a time. I know this is a pain in the butt. But, let's try this for a while and make sure it is stable. If so, I'll open it up to search all years simultaneously. Thanks for your patience! ph.

Thank you for all your help and work. If I may ask more question-why is it necessary to hit refresh each time I click on a new screen? I get a blank and done, hit the refresh and then it appears. It happens every time so it can be frustrating as I enjoy using the archives.
