Apelco Radar Help

My Apelco radar was working last year just fine. This year, I cleaned up my wiring and it will power up to the ready screen but not transmit. When you press the transmit button, it restarts the warm-up process up to the ready screen. It will not power off unless you switch it off at the electrical panel.

Anyone out there who can help?????
