I’m thinking of making an offer on a M-H 31, but have reservations about a couple, mostly minor features (e.g., high freeboard, negotiating steps in the coachroof leading forward, swing-out swim platform in the transom, integrity of fixed port lights, engine access). Would be great to talk to someone who owns--or has owned--one.
