Anyone know what this is?

Hey everyone, I frequent a scrap yard to pick up stainless steel bits for the boat. I came across these Attwood peices. Anyone know what they are used for? Are they worth picking up? There about a hundred of them on the ground.

That is a deck key, to open various caps for water, waste, etc. located in the deck.

small one, some are larger and now made of plastic. much easier to use than the "plier" type.

Awsome, thanks so much. They are selling them for 12.00 a peice and im getting them for .50 a LB. Cant beat that. Let me know if any of you are interested in them for 1.00 $ a piece

i have a gas cap that screws on and the key for it looks exactly like that.

what's the minimum order? reminds me of a couple docked at st. pete mun. years ago kept finding rivets on their deck, hired a fellow to climb the mast and see if it was comeing apart. turns out they were under the flight path for tampa airport. lol!
