A few days ago a neighboring 24 ft pontoon swung into our stern in the slip and bent the swim platform support legs/rails. This one has a ladder that folds over. The teak platform slats have some cracks, probably easier to buy new one. The sternmost slat cracked off, see photo.
This is for a 23 ft Hunter; I need a platform so I can board from a dinghy if needed. Boat is on a fresh water lake.
I have been shopping for replacements, and would like 316 stainless (I don't know what is on the one that came with the boat when I bought it used). Maybe 304 is fine, not sure. Does anyone know of a brand that uses 316? Anyone have a model that they can recommend (even if 304)?
