This was in the boxes of boat stuff the PO gave me with the boat. Anyone have any idea what it is, or if it even is something for the boat? I've never seen anything like it in the tech manuals, etc.

That’s a shoulder pulley... usually provided or suggested by a physical therapist etc... but hmmm... I wonder if it might/could be rigged to serve as a boom preventer???
