I have managed to source a replacement 2 blade prop (exactly what was on my boat) from a forum member here.
Thank you smokey73 and thank you for mailing it out before I even sent you the money - very very kind of you to react that fast to help out.

For the budget conscious (like me for example) you might consider a Kiwi feathering prop. I know a few people with them including a Valiant 40 and they are all quite happy with them. I think they can be had for around 1400.00 and the parts are replaceable and inexpensive.

I'm in Iraq so I've not seen the full report yet - not even seen the full bill yet :/
5 blisters on the hull as well - had them all repaired before bottom painting.
Not the best part of owning a sailboat but what can you do!
Ordered a new transducer as well - having the old depth sounder removed and the hole widened, I'm clearly a glutton for punishment... It was overdue and the haulout can't be wasted.
I've got the lifelines and stanchions off on one side too - took them off before the strut went so now I've got no choice but to replace and spend even more! ( 2 stanchions and the lifelines were toast!)
Not much left before they splash her and do an engine alignment
