We are looking at chartering from Superior Charters in Bayfield, WI this summer. Has anyone ever chartered or have any information about them.

Anyone Charter from Superior Charters

We have our boat in Bayfield and Superior Charters is probably the largest and most used charter company up there. I personally have never chartered with them but I'm pretty sure they're as good as anyone. We need Princess of the Lake to chime in here, her boat is in a charter fleet, it might be with Superior Charters.

We were happy with them
We chartered from them on an older Catalina 34 some years ago. Their service was good, and the boat was in excellent shape.
We recommend them based on that experience.

Good folks to work with and they have a nice selection of boats. I have organized charter groups through them and all is well. You won't be disappointed, I don't think. Great area to sail (in the summer).

We chartered with them beginning of 2010. Two boats - a Catalina 36 and a Tartan 37
(We were boat shopping). They were great to deal with and boats were in great condition,
But - June is a little cool in the Apostles!!!

The Hunter 40.5 Emmanuel is my boat and she is in charter with Superior Charters. The Apostles are a fabulous place to sail. Why don't you send me a private message and perhaps we can find a way to get you a good deal. I do agree with Danny though-I would not go any earlier than late June. Typically we don't stay at anchor until mid to late June because the on the water temps at night are still frequently in the low 50's which is just a wee bit chilly for me. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
