Your mast should already have the wire in it for a mast light. You will need a deck light plug with cap and of course the fitting that fits to the deck plug usually sold together. Make sure you caulk on top of the deck and do not use acetone for cleaning but alcohol is fine. The wire should of course come into the boat near the compression post and down or you can run it over to the port side on the ceiling. The trick is doing it to look professionally and some folks have different thoughts. I forgot to mention the light on top of the mast and I would get the one with the two bulbs and the divider so it can act as a steaming and anchor lights. Crazy Dave Condon
