The Hatchmaster.com folks have a great history. If you are a diy guy, you can get the lens custom cut and install it yourself.

That same DIY can also use a router template bit to fabricate a new lens +/- 0.001" from 3/8' acrylic for about $30.00.

15 &1/8" wide
20 &1/4" depth

Just finished mine yesterday. I had the basic measurements cut, then put the radius corners in with a router. Installed with dow 795.
