Any Info On MarinAire A/C Units?

I'm curious whether anyone has any info on or experience with marine air conditioning systems sold under the MarinAire name. These are NOT the Dometic Marine Air vector compact systems that we're all familiar with. They appear to be most likely of Asian (probably Chinese) origin. Their website is here:

I stumbled across them while I was doing a Google search for the Dometic systems, and I have to say I'm intrigued. With standard features like a compressor sound shield and built in pressure gauges, they appear to offer a lot for a much lower price. There seems to be very little about them online, but the few reviews I can find in various boater's forums is quite positive. It might be time for a new AC system on our boat, and these systems look quite interesting.

Again, these are NOT the Dometic brand Marine Air systems, so please don't tell me how much you love/hate one of those. I'm hoping to hear from someone who has experience with the MarinAire brand.

you could definitely run the 1400 unit off a Honda EU 2000 and maybe the 1600 as well

Would be interesting to put hands on one just to look at the silver solder joints and the quality of assembly.. The specifications look pretty good with a Toshiba compressor and stainless steel pan and the sound enclosures..
