Any good electrical diagramming programs?

My prior suggestion was based on something really dead simple and easy. If you want something bigger, there's OrCad lite (free IIRC) - I used to use OrCad all the time when I was doing hardware. As all cad packages, it's a bit clunky till you understand it. If I had to ever do PCBs again, it's what I'd use.

I've not used TinyCad so I can't compare.

I appreciate that jeep. I just hesitate to depend long term on an online application. TinyCAD looks like it's really meant for IC circuits. It's hard to evaluate any without downloading them. The writeups are sketchy. No pun intended.

Although there are IC symbols in the library there are just about every electrical symbol out there in the library. The TinyCAD version for schematics just does schematics so there isn't other functionality that would complicate using the program. It would be overkill if you are looking to just make a block diagram. Here is the schematic I made for my LiFePo battery install.

My diagrams won't be more sophisticated than that one. I may have to download and try it this weekend.
