I lucked into a really nice 1984 C-30 on Sailboatlistings.com and love it. All that has been said is good advice! Also check the Traveler. Has it been modernized? Check the spreaders for rot, the standing rigging for cable wear and the canvas if there is a Bimini or dodger, which, given the hatch size you may want. The C-30 is a great boat. I love mine.
