I have a 1982 Hunter 37' cutter in need of a re-do of the Anti-skid Paint..............Does anyone have a suggestion for the best way to proceed? Thanks.........

Try Interlux Brightside Polyurethane...plus

...non skid additive(also from Interlux). I used it on my first boat (H27), and it worked great!

I would use Interdeck

Interlux has a great product called Interdeck, very easy to use.

Interlux

It's been about ten years but I redid my hunter 27 with interlux. It had two options, one part or two part. I believe I used the one part. I thought the texture from the old non-skid would be enough to avoid using the non-skid additive. I was way wrong. I rolled the boat with the small 4 or 5 inch roller. Good Luck.

Bob, if memory serves you will need

2 quarts for the 37C, per coat. I think prep was just a wipe down with some Interlux solvent. Just break the job down into 4 or 5 areas, tape off and roll with 4 inch roller. A two part paint doesn't make sense, since the non skid will wear out way before the paint, so just go with a single part paint.
