Another water question?

I was reading in the manual for my 87 C22 when I ran across an illustration of the fresh water system. There it said that it drains via a 3/4" drain hose. "(Drains into swing keel trunk.)" My question is this: Where does it go from there? And, can it get full? It appears that the Catalina people hired the same people that write software and computer manuals today.BTW, I had planned on taking her out for the first time last Saturday and that darn tropical storm wallered around in the Gulf just long enough to squash that idea. That would take a lot of water!!

You'd have to fill up the lake, ocean or whatever to get it "full". The hose empties into the "trunk" which is open to the water you are floating (hopefully) on. Check it out when you have it on a trailer to see where the water comes out. Just be sure to check those hoses each year to make sure they don't need to be replaced or reclamped. Sail on without worry about this particular issue.
