Another water pressure issue ...

Both bladder bags full ... switch on the PAR pump ... chuga chuga ... it tries to build pressure, then, BAM ... circuit gets tripped. I investigated the intake hoses and the area around the pump for noticable leaks and couldn't find any. Although ... when the circuit trips, I hear a *slight* hiss as if one hose clamp might be loose. Have at it Hunter experts!

Eric, is the pump housing hot to the touch when this happens? Sounds as if the wiring may be screwed up or the pump is sticking and not letting the juice flow making the unit hot and tripping the breaker. Take it apart and check it. You can buy a rebuild kit through most marine supply houses. The hiss may be coming from inside the pump. Let us know what you find. -Roland s/v Fraulein II
