While out sailing earlier this week I happened to look at the bulb on the fuel hose to the OB.
This new with only one season- last summer. Merc dealer said it was from ethanol in the gas permeating through the rubber. Sounds as good as any other explanation. Good thing I caught it when I did. All it takes is a pinhole for air to enter the fuel line and you ain't going anywhere. At least it's an easy fix and I need to buy some spares and keep 'em handy.
