Intermittent wind direction and speed on my ST60 then no wind indication, still have depth and bearing, gps info etc.
Replace the board in the vane as per advice. Nada. Checked continuity, resistance and voltages.
ground to R 7.98
B 7.19
G 7.19
Y 4.67
Cups spinning, wind shifting the numbers above are stable.

Any ideas or is it time for a new wind vane?

I've got similar issues. Direction good, speed intermittent to non-existent. Went up and cleaned and lubed the cup shaft, no help. Just ordered a new transducer.

One other thing to ask. Did you disconnect the yellow wire from the display and then measure it. If the voltage doesn't vary, then the mast head unit is knackered. But you said that you replaced the circuit board, Did you test it before you put it up on the mast head?
Hard to diagnose from a far.
Good luck

Hard to diagnose close hauled too. Tried the Y 4.91 V steady as a rock.
