Another mystery fitting

I have an Oday 32 sloop. Can anyone tell me what this fitting is called. It is in the back locker and it is a 3way fitting that connects all the head hoses. There is a 2 prong handle on it that turns. It is leaking and I want to change it.

Sounds like a Y valve.
