I noticed the topic that this refers to has already gone to the archives. Anyway, here's another good anchorage for bird lovers. It was written about in the paper on the 4th, so of course there were about 20 boats anchored there on the 5th! Right across from Shem Creek so you can watch the shrimp boats come and go, you can see Fort Sumter and downtown from that spot. Also, the sun sets right there in front of you. It's relatively protected behind Crab Bank although you will get some traffic behind you. Brad
