Dehler comes to mind, but a Google image search didn't show anything exactly like that, certainly think it's European from the styling, possibly a mid-'80's to mid-90's ear boat.
It seems an odd conglomeration of characteristics. The bow rise, the midship gunwale flare, the transom rake, the cabin top arc, the ports all seem like they are from different types of boats. It feels like a custom built boat to me. And yet it looks well finished.
I will be interested to see who built it.
The slight rise in the sheer aft suggests Brewer. And in the PNW that would work. The sheer works for his design s too. I might expect more freeboard for one of his. And the sheer also could be C&C. The transom works for Brewer. After that I'm just expanding on my ignorance.
