ANODIZED ALUMINIUM TOE RAIL

My anodized aluminium toe rail has some pitted places where the rain water stands on the deck...I would like to patch them with fiberglass filler but was wondering if there is an anodized aluminum paint on the market that I can use to paint the toe rail after filling the pits.Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I've never heard of such a thing....

... I know you can paint the aluminum but I thought anodization was a metallurgical process. I have used wet sanding on my anodized aluminum boom to remove the pitting. The anodized glaze returned after the wet sanding, I then applied a good coat of wax for further protection. There may be some aluminum restoration products out there, I'm going to look in the west marine catalogue.
