Annapolis Spring Boat Show?

Anyone have any feedback on the Spring Show in Annapolis? We've been to the Fall show may times and I know it won't be that big, but would appreciate any feedback on the Spring show. We have friends in the market for a boat and invited us to go down with them. Just wondering if it's worth it?
Thanks in advance...

don't matter if it is worth it to you ...your friends thought enough of you to ask you a long so they must value your opinion.....any time with good friends is worth it and the change will do you good

PS didn't mean for this to sound so harsh

I have been to the spring show. It was considerably smaller than the fall show. It depends upon what you are looking for, but with seemingly fewer attendees, it is easier to talk to suppliers about their products. There are fewer suppliers represented though.

No matter what, it's always worth visiting Annapolis

What Woodster said. And be careful not to even think about the fall show. You'll be there for your friends, not for yourself. It could be worse. You could be going to a shopping mall. And waiting while the wives look for all the things they didn't know they couldn't live without. While saving you sooooo much money.

I searched for info on the Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show and found dates and attractions. That included the informational activities/forums that are presented. If I am finished with Spring prelaunch work I might consider going too. Naval Academy, Pusser's, Bacon's, Eastport, lunch in town, seeing boats sailing, etc, and +1 to what woodster said. It's All Good!

Thanks. I assumed it would be smaller, and I agree that it's always fun to go to Annapolis. We are going no matter what, so I am just looking for some feedback from those who have attended.

I'm in the market as were . Colonial Beach
The time I went to the spring show you were actually able to view some used boats as well. That was kind of nice as I don't think I will ever buy a new boat.

I am considering attending again this year. Who knows, I am not in a market and probably won't be for a long time, but I still love seeing boats.

It's a smaller show. But a great chance to talk to people, hang out on new boats. Heck I will actually have a booth out there, so stop on by!

Darn it.....Bacon has a double meaning for us sailors. Ugh We have to specify which bacon.

Both are good things though, I guess!

The spring show hosts the cruisers university series of classes along with the regular boat show vendors. I am thinking of sponsoring a party on the docks Saturday night of the show. Please let me know who is interested.
