Had NOT Planned On It

I'm fairly pleased with the boat I have and don't think that I would be able to find something that I need; might be able to find something that I want, but that wouldn't help out. If I were looking for a boat, I might go, but I'm not in the market for one right not.

Enjoy though, and let us know how it is.

I'm Curious

About the 375. The review I read about it seemed pretty good, but I have to wonder if the pictures aren't misleading.

The pictures of the 387 are, although I am very pleased with it.

If you're not going to the Boat Show why not...

...come to the Hospice Turkey Shoot Regatta to be held on the Rappahannock River that weekend.

The Regatta is based at Yankee Point Sailboat Marina on Myer Creek; boats or designs 25 years old or older are eligible to be entered.

The Sunday pursuit race will include a race for wooden boats built to a 1965 or earlier design.

Thanks for the info. We will first try a few others because it is $$$$. We are waiting for a reply from a B&B a block away, and are working on a backup. At any rate, it will be a good visit. And maybe we'll run into a couple of owners.com sailors.

I'll be there for the weekend. All C36ers should come to the get together

Saturday morning (Oct 11) at the Marriot Waterfront between 8am-10am

The Catalina 36 International Association http://www.c36ia.com/ is having an "open house" where anyone can meet and talk to the Assoc Officers and discuss anything.

Also -- Here is a link to the "SAIL Magazine's" review of the C375 -- They were fairly impressed (and gave high praise to the C36 and the legacy of that boat)
