My Admiral and I are hoping to start bringing our newly-purchased Oday 40 from Annappolis to New London. Any tips on length of legs (NO sightseeing), no night sailing if avoidable, and anchorages are preferred, plus tips on unreported hazards, etc, would be greatly appreciated. Our goal is to start in the late afternoon on 8/23. Note that we do not make PLANS because we do not want to incur the wrath of the sea gods- We have hopes and goals! Thanks!
