Annapolis Gathering happening on Nov 11!

The date is set! Let's meet at the Boatyard Bar and Grill in Eastport on Friday November 11th at 4:30. I am going to be there and I know Brad (brgrube) will be also. Let me know if you're coming-I am sure it will be a lot of fun!
I'll figure out some way for our group to be easily found and will let everyone know.

I'll be there alongside (as close as I can get) POL. I'll wear my easy-to spot shirt, with a pattern of squares, 2-inch white and blue-checks. There is a lower area that has it's own bar, so if not occupied by another group would be ideal. Or would you rather have tables? Maybe a headcount of attendees on this forum can give us an idea? How's about checking in at the hostess stand and tell her you're with the SBO group.:dance:

In addition to the front parking lot, there is an alley behind the 'Yard that leads to about a dozen parking places.

POL, on the lower level there is a row of tables along the wall that we could add to to accomodate our numbers. Still , nice to have an idea of how many.

The Morning After...

We had a nice gathering. Me (RON20324), POL, Brad, Terri(friend of mine), and a couple of Brad's friends. CWOODY called us and he was on the other side of the restaurant, so I went and tracked him down. I don't know how he ever missed my shirt, but he was already into the beer, so maybe that explains it? It turned out BRIAN was in the restaurant, but with his own entourage, but came over to say hello.

We were there for a little more than three hours, but needed to scoot so the place could use our table for the waiting diners. Went to the Rockfish for nightcap and broke it up around 9:30. POL took pics, so hopefully they will show up here soon.

It turned out that CWOODY keeps his boat at Pirates Cove in Galesville, where my SOS club had Roger Long last week. He was not there that day, but I remember seeing his B331 boat, a size up from my B323. (Chuck, send me an email repenceatmsn.com)

Ron is right-we did have a great time! It was great to meet Chuck and Brian and Ron's friend Terri. Below is the group picture from that night. I am hoping Chuck uploads his since his came out better.
