Would appreciate advice on how/where to install an anchor windlass on a Hunter 34. All replys appreciated even smart allec answers.

If you have a 340 the following applies. My 95 model 336 which has the same hull as the 340 has a lewmar Concept 1 windlass mounded on the back of anchor bow plate. The anchor center divider was cut back a few inches to allow mounting. It looks like it was meant to be there. The chain and rode are directed to the locker below. Hope this helps

Head Liner
George, My CQR sticks back almost to the Anchor Locker. I will have to install it aft of the locker. Do you know how to remove the head liner. This is a topic of discussion above. Charlie
