They're out. I'd like to only go up the mast once. Does anyone have a link to replacement bulbs? I've never seen what the bulbs look like so I don't know what I can use. I'm not interested in switching to LED's at the time.

The two lights up there are festoon. I would check the deck fitting with a test lamp first if you haven't already because that is often the problem. The bulbs are about an inch long. Interesting that both fail. Makes me think the deck fitting.

Concur With Checking the Deck Fitting

Make sure there is juice getting to it.

Clean the contacts

Check for continuity through the plug to the lights

I'd bet it is not the bulbs but that will tell you. If your convinced at that point it is the bulbs the fixture is a Perko Combination Mast Light and you can get the bulbs at any boat store or chandlery.

I'd 2nd the idea of a bad connection at the deck(mine's a constant nuisance) but I'd definitely step the mast before I'd shimmy up that skinny stick. Bosins seat or not, this is the easiest mast to lower and the most lightweight for a boat this size so why test it with an attempt at the summit.

Good luck, Mike

The connection crossed my mind, and I planned on checking it. I believe the bulbs are the originals so it wouldn't surprise me if they are both bad.

As has already been suggested, check with a test light at the deck fitting 1st. You can also check for continuity (if you have an ohm meter) on the 2 lighting circuits up the mast and thru each bulb (from down below at the mast plug). If the circuits are open, the bulbs are probably bad or the bulb connection corroded. I'd suspect the plug in at the deck 1st, tho. I've also had a loose wire inside the mast side of the plug in on mine before, so don't overlook that before you drop the mast.

Even though you said you weren't ready to upgrade to led's, you can purchase led replacement festoon bulbs from "Lunasea lighting" on line. Pretty reasonable and makes for a much brighter mast light that uses much less power. Just a thought. These are the ones I used in my 23.5 this year, but am unsure what bulb is used in the 260. You will need to know the length of the bulb to be sure.
