Hello forum friends,

Getting really close to launching and have a question. We have an '83 TRBS Cat 30, it has what appears to be the original stem fitting with dual anchor rollers, problem is both rollers are missing. Anyone know what size I need? I checked Catalina Direct and they are more then slightly ambiguous.

Thanks!

Call them if you can't find it online. Really. I got two for our boat, same old "toy" bow rollers unless you have soemthing different. No picture, can't help you.

But my records show this model #: Z1918 They're black, while the OEMs were white.

I have a 87 C30 tall rig and I just measured the anchor rollers on my boat so I can replace them (they are all chewed up). The ones I have are 1 5/8" wide which corresponds to:

http://www.catalinadirect.com/index.cfm/product/1962/anchor-roller-only-1-58.cfm

This one is also the only one on Catalina Direct that list the Catalina 30 tall rig. The other anchor rollers they have are wider so I know they won't fit my boat.

Hope this helps.

i hope someday to stop asking this question but why do you contact catalina direct instead of catalina yachts who built your boat? catalina direct is just a mail order online store who knows nothing about your boat except how to catalog and sell spare parts that may, or may not, be the same quality of what catalina yachts uses and sells. the tank caps catalina direct sells, for example, are far inferior to the originals.

Will do. We're picking up our sails this Friday from kappa. As to the rollers, thank you everyone for the help. It appears a previous owner replaced the stem fitting. I was able to find a roller locally that should work fine.
