Anchor Roller on the bow O'Day 28

I would like to mount an anchor roller on the bow of my O'Day 28 (1983). There is not much room up there. I am having a tough time figuring out how to do it without losing a fairlead and or the bow cleat. What methods have worked well? Can anyone send me a photo of a good roller setup for this boat?

Hi, looks like you extended the bow with a mini platform / bow sprit arrangement and then mounted the roller on that. I am assuming it is a custom fit and manufactured piece that you installed. Can you walk me through the fabrication and installation? Did you remove the headstay mount and attach it to your new platform?
