Mike is correct about the rocking action you would likely experience at the site. It would be total exposure and if your anchor did not drag, I would be surprised. I would wonder if I would ever see it again.
The first 75-125 meters from the beach the depths are 1-3 feet. Then it drops off to over 100 feet in the next 50 meters. You are going to need a lot of anchor rode to get any scope and you don't want to swing back into the beach. I am not sure if i had to anchor there in an emergency that I would leave my boat. Only benefit would be that you would be partially sheltered from a southerly blow. But when that changed or the tide changed, all bets would be off.
Thinking about the problem, you might be able to rig a BAHAMIAN moor... 2 anchors one shallow one deep. Position the boat favoring the deep anchor so that the keel would not hook the shallow line when swinging at anchor.
