anchor mount and roller

I have recently purchased a 1985 362 and need ideas on how to add an anchor mount and roller without removing existing nose piece and roller? Have a roller furler in center.
My anchor is a Danforth. All help will be appreciated.

Looking forward to seeing responses as I have been thinking this question as well. I only hang my anchor when cruising and use a bungy cord to hold in place.... was considering a custom modification that will bolt into the original "nose" after drilling a few holes.

You will have to excuse any ignorance on my behalf I am brand new to sailing (power boated all my life) but I recently purchased a 1986 Pearson 34 that has an anchor mount on the bow. I can take some pictures and send them to you if you would like.
