The "right" bulb would be a USCG certified LED fixture.. However if you want to use an after market bulb we'd need to know what the socket is. It is quite likely the anchor light fixture has been changed from the factory bulb so knowing whether it is a festoon, 1142, 1156 base etc. would help...
I tried the Dr LED bulbs and was very disappointed. It failed after one season and they didn't stand by their product. I ended up getting a Hella NaviLED 360° and been very happy with it. I like that it's sealed and waterproof.
