Anchor light brand

Am hoping someone can tell me what brand this mast head anchor light is. I could not see any label and could not figure out how to open it to get at the bulb.

Looks just like a Hella anchor light I purchased at Defender and installed last April. The bulb is not replaceable as it's an led and supposed to last 8,000 hours?

Its a sealed LED unit, if the bulb is burned out you replace the whole unit. I'd check the wiring to the unit to see if you have 12v at the connections.
