Folks, While raising the mast this weekend, the mast electrical connector was under the base as the mast came to vertical. Crunch. Ruined the threaded ring and severed the wire. Do any of you know where I can get one of those 3-pin connectors? I searched West Marine and several other sites but they seem elusive. Thanks, David Hoch Abundance

Used a 4-pin connector

The three pin connector on my H26 had seen better days, mostly due to internal corrosion. I also could not find a three pin connector to replace the existing one. I DID find a four pin connector, and figured that I could use the extra lead to mount a deck light. Never did get around to installing the deck light before I sold the boat and moved up, but it did work just fine for the remaining three leads. T J

Yup, that's the ticket.

Spent quite a few hours looking for the elusive "three pin connector", gave up the ghost and got what T.J. did. Worked just fine. I spend quite a few hours navigating at night, basically my favorite time of the day to sail. Sure beats playing with the origional corroded one each time I needed the lights. alan
