I have come upon an very interesting website that tracks all the boats in a regatta, in this particular case Regatta del sol. Just click on the particular race and it will give LOTS of info. Maybe there are more sites like this ? Future regattas are also listed. Just more info.

iBoat Track will also be tracking the boats during this years Chicago to mackinac race. In previous years, there have been a fraction of the boats participating, but this year, every boat - all 460, will have a transponder on board. T J
