Hunter 25.5 Broken Bow
I have made some pretty good progress on my 25.5 Hunter (Udershe), have repaired all scratches bumps and gouges with Marinetex, sanded entire hull with 80 grit, allowing hull to become good and dry. I have purchased enough Interlux 2000E to apply approximately 4 coats to get a good 10-12 mils of barrier seal on the hull below waterline. I have also acquired Totalboat Antifouling Paint to get 3 or 4 good coats of that to protect from critters. I am interested to know if these 2 items are the best partners in a protective coating. You know how they are, each one says theirs is the best, Like Ford, Chevy and Dodge !

Good to hear from you Sir, about the compatibility of Interlux and Totalboat Antifouling, ya reckon they are a good system ?

I'll stick with Chevy.

I've had good luck with 2000e. I will use it again if I ever get the new boat out of the water.

I had a couple of Chevy's and GMC truck and never had any issue's, but have just been more a Ford guy, 1st truck at 16 was a '57 Ford truck, and I reckon it has stuck ! Have had more Fords in my lifetime and no issues there either !

Unfortunately, a very large percentage of “American Made” products are still not really made in USA. Connecting components doesn’t count.
