I am going to replace the alternator on a Universal M25. Does anyone have experience with the 60 amo alternator from Oem Industries or the 65 amp alternator sold by VC Whitney? Thanks, BILL
I also have a M25 with what appears to be an aftermarket alternator mounted on the original bracket (top adjusting). I am researching changing the mount to the newer type mount. However, I have read that if I have an aftermarket alternator I will run into trouble. I'm concerned of the original bracket breaking and damaging the oil filter.
