Alliance Inflatable Repair

I have a small leak in my Alliance and I can't seem to find out if it's hypalon or PVC. I Googled "Mostro", the company that made the dink but it seems they might of went out of business.

Does anybody have any information about this brand? It's been a great boat and I'd like to keep it.
