She looks great. Is she Alden # 959C: ex "Brabant", ex "Dundee", ex "Raven"? Interested for updating my list

Certainly she is ex brabant ex dundee. If Brabant is 959C then you are looking at 959C. By the way, can you help me. To be candid, I'm not sure of
the significance of 959C. Is 959 the design number? Is C the hull in the Zephyr series? Seems different from other boats which feature the hull number. Would welcome your guidance.
Thanks

Hi Stevens, the ZEPHYR is a real beauty. I hope we find more of them.

The 959 is the design #. It gives you an idea of how many boats Alden Design has drawn over the life of the firm. The C is the # or place in the boats that were actually built. Simply A was hull #1, B was hull #2, C was hull # 3,....and so on. I believe Alden skipped the letter I (i) and maybe another?

At any rate, after hull # Z (actually hull number 25-or 24 if they skipped another letter), the next hull of the design number would be AA. The next after that, BB then of course CC and so on.
