Albin Vega mainsail dimensions

I've received quotes for a new mainsail from Ullman Sails, North Sails, and Point Sails. What experiences has anyone had with these companies?
Also, each company seems to have a slightly different dimension for an Albin Vega cruising mainsail even though their prices are very similar. North Sails will use 6 oz 4800 Dacron for a 140 sq ft sail. Point Sails mainsail is 157 sq ft of 6.5 oz Dacron. Ullman also uses 6.5 oz dacron.

I found the following Albin Vega rig dimensions on the web.

I=30.8
J=10.2
P=25.9
E=10.8
ISP=30.8
JSP=10.2

Any comments? Advice? Wisdom to share?

Are these companies actually measuring your boat or are they going off of boat specs?It also factors into the sail size and cloth weight, where you sail and what type of sailing you do, ie. daysailing, offshore, ...

According to the ALBIN Sailplan, the dimensions are: (In foot and inches)
I = 9', 7 3/4"
J = 10', 2"
P = 25', 11"
E = 10', 10"

If you need the complete sailplan for all sails, I can make a copy and send it.

Mainsail dimensions are not fixed. A sailmaker may choose to use the
maximum luff possible, or xe might plan for the eventual stretch of
the sail making the luff slightly shorter. The type of foot for the
sail and the type of cunningham will determine how much stretch is
planned into the foot of the sail. Fully-battened mains will have more
roach than short battens, and a no batten main will usually have a
hollow leech.

How hard the fabric is will also be used to calculate how much stretch
is expected. A nice soft 'cruising' fabric will stretch a lot more
than the painfully hard and slippery fabrics used for racing sails
(btw: those hard fabrics will also last longer than cruising cloth,
are much more chafe resistant, so don't turn up your nose at them if
you have a choice.)
