It's the biggest brother of the Vega. The Ballad is just in between the Vega
and the Singoalla. Some data is available at
http://www.sailguide.com/albin_singoalla.htm.
No idea how much of that Singoalla have been produced but I have only once
seen it in real here in Holland.

There were a couple of Singoallas in St.Petersburg, Fl. I went
aboard one that was for sale apx. 15yrs back. It had a strange
cockpit layout with wheel steering. Never sailed on her tho. I
understand that they were not successful, but have no idea why.
Maybe price?

Hi Peter. I was given the below deck tour by an owner of one in Virginia. My
first thought was its a vega on steroids! I really liked the boat. If I
recall its 34 feet. The owner did say that it didn't sail as well as the
vega though.
Plastimo made the Navik and they dii stop selling them. Walt,

It looks like they only made 50 of the Singoalla.
Take a look at this chart of all the boats Albin made from 1968-1991.
You'll have to translate it.

yes, it was a small serie, 33 ft I think, I saw one only here in Sweden,
once.
I am not sure it was still Per B who designed the hull, but I can ask for
this and more info if you like
