I have a 1984 C30TR, #3508.

On my gauge panel, the oil pressure light operates properly, lighting during ignition and until oil pressure is sensed. That light is in the upper right hand corner of the panel.
In the upper left of the panel is a light labeled "alarm." What was it intended to alarm me about? It lights with key power and stays lit until I shut down. It is currently connected to the gas gauge hold down bracket, about which I am less likely to be alarmed than the temp gauge, which is adjacent to it.

Any thoughts, comrads?

Stu,
Thanks for the great suggestion. I called Seaward, explained my situation and within two hours I had several panel front drawings and wire schematics to boot. My panel was the first I looked at.

I hope to have things wrapped up by the end of the day.

Great sailing to you!
