I have a Cruiseair 12000btu aircon with sea cooling water pump. I noticed this pump has been leaking luboil for the past years. I want to put a stop to the leak. Anyone has any or written a service instruction for fixing his pump? I don't have the pump details now but it is quite commonly found in marine aircon and even in WM site.

Most OEM pumps are CAL pumps which are throw-away pieces once they start to fail. If it is a CAL, just replace it with the appropriate size March pump

Don, Yep.. the CAL pumps have "sealed in" lube oil.. The March pumps are available on E-bay and Amazon at pretty good prices..

It doesn't look like March pump. Perhaps its CAL. I'll get a picture this weekend.

Yes I know I am bragging again!
I would highly suggest replacing with a little gaint pump. My original main a/c pump has seen 10 years of near continuous use and will suck the chrome off a Buick!!

Ok, I've checked. Mine is a CAL Pump PDS250-C. Nearest equivalent I think is the CAL MS-580(230VAC). I'll look into the LG and March. They're costly and Ihaven't seen a 230V 50Hz version. Will check Depco pump.
