I have recently taken delivery on my Catalina 350. It does not have a filter or strainer between the intake and the unit. I am worried about jelly fish, plastic, sea grass, etc. getting into the system. Has anyone had a probelm regarding this. I have been told by the manufacturer that the unit will churn up jelly fish that get in to it. If you have had a problem what measures have you taken to correct it.
