Wow! 9 tons of refrigeration on a 30' boat.Thats over a hundred thousand btu's. I'll bet you can store alot of meat and cheese on board.
Oops - meant to say 9 K BTUs... haha. Unfortunately it's not quite enough in south east Virginia in the hottest months. Gunni mentioned he had a 12K unit and it did the trick...

Gunni,
I thought about installing another external drain; however, I hate to drill another hole thru the hull if I can avoid it. Will likely try to tap into to the head's sink drain line or perhaps the shower sump drain line this weekend. Both lines should be accessible.

I would be more concerned about having to keep one more below the waterline thru hull open while running the A/C. Not sure how that applies to your vessel. I figure my bilge pump can keep up with the A/C raw water intake if it starts to leak. All other thru hulls are locked-out.

And yes, I generally cool my boat with a single 12k aging Cruisar system. But then I was born in tidewater Virginia and like to sweat! One of the things I have noted is that even after you shut down the A/C (and the condensator extractor suction), the evaporator continues to sweat and generate water. On heel, the pan ends up spilling water into the bilge. These things are a devils bargain.

OK, sorry to bug you guys further with this condensate drain dilemma.
I have decided that teeing into the shower sump drain line would be the easiest and least costly method to eliminate the aft air handler / evaporator from draining into the bilge. Here is the problem, I need a tee fitting that will allow me to connect the 5/8" drain hose from the evaporator unit into a 1" shower sump drain hose. I can't locate anything even close in stainless, brass, or nylon. Would it be acceptable for marine applications to construct this reducing tee from PVC. Parts are readily available to construct a glued up tee using 1" spigot x 1" hose barb and 1" spigot x 5/8" hose barb?
Or, is there another way do accomplish this in a better manner?

That's sounds like to much work.I let mine drain into the shower bilge.I am not tapping into anything.mine has been draining it the shower bilge for 20 years. But all of that may not work for you.
