Want to install separate AC unit in aft stateroom of my 376 has anyone out there done this. If so where did you put the unit.

I have 3 a/c units on my 356H ....1- 16,500 btu and 2- 5200btu units. One small 5200 btu unit with the proper freon charge dialed in should keep you plenty cool. I would recommend you favor placing it to the port side. Say under aft berth or under the seat between bed and locker,or bottom of hanging locker. Duct can run up back corner of hanging locker ... Place one a/c vent in bulkhead...And for second vent. I highly recommend you to do it in such a way as to have it vent into head.
