New owner of a 1982 Catalina 30 here. She is missing both cushions of the aft quarterbirth. Any suggestion where to get replacement or a template? Thanks, Ron.

A suggestion, I have wheel steering, the steering cable cover reduces the clearance between cushion and deckhead by 3 inches (25%). The inboard 18 inches was useless as a berth anyway, unless one is extremely slim and has very small feet. I made a 3 inch high divider and had a custom cushion made. The inboard 18 inches I use for storage, the custom cushion is 5" thick including egg carton upper surface. The increased storage has given me somewhere to store oars, boathook and fishing rods. Access to the fuel tank gauge is also much easier. One of the more practical mods I've done. If you'd like photos, e-mail me. someday@shaw.ca Steve B
