Yes, seems OK
I bought 9.5' one. It seems well made (it's Korean I think). It inflated easily with a mini vacuum. You can use the pump but takes a long time. I've had it in the water once with my 3.5 Nissan outboard. It moved well with two adults and the air floor supported us well. I like how easy it is to carry with those rear handles. We also tried rowing with no problems. Haven't towed it yet but it is significantly lighter than my previous wood floor SeaWorthy. I had to pay the sales tax being a Calif resident so my total was close to $800.
