Neil - 33Ft 1978 Hunter

Can anyone reccomend affordable Bimini solutions? Someone posted awhile back that they ordered one from a ski-boat catalog? Similar experiences?

That's the post that I recall, and it's where I ordered mine from. Depending on how wide your cockpit is, they may have something that will fit.

Cheap Bimini

Try a "blus tarp" over the boom, tied off to the shrouds & a boat pole over the rear, tied down to the outside corners of the cockpit. Mine has worked for 33 years!

Affordable Bimini

I am currently having one made from Indycanvas. It will be rail mounted and should arrive in about 10 days. Also getting new main cover, winch covers, pedestal cover, and dodger. Great to work with. Check out their site! Feel free to E-mail me Stroheyes@comcast.net

Try eBay

A search on eBay for the word bimini will give you a few pages of results. A lot of the hits are for bimini parts, but there are some that might be worth looking into.

Ameriseam

Have you tried Ameriseam? My understanding is they are right down the street from Hunter and make many of the OEM biminis for them. As such they have a lot of the boats already on file and can make the right bimini for you. They may not be the cheapest but I purchased one for an H26 and was very pleased with the outcome. Try Cabela's

A friend of mine with a Chrysler 22 got one from them at an affordable price and installed it himself. www.cabelas.com eBay is also a good suggestion.
